Glutathione is needed for phase 2 detoxification in the liver. It attaches to environmental toxins like pesticides, toxic metals and alcohol making them more water soluble and therefore able to be excreted.

Broccoli sprouts have between 10-100 times more glucoraphanin than mature broccoli heads. Glucroaphanin is a glucosinolate precursor to the isothiocyanate sulforaphane. Sulforaphane may support detoxification, immune function; bone, heart, and brain health.

DOSAGE
