PRECAUTIONS
Magnesium in therapeutic dosages found in this product can cause loose stool in people with sensitive stomachs. The forms of magnesium used are easy on the stomach but in rare cases some people will still have loose stool. To avoid this, make sure you have food in your stomach when you take the magnesium and reduce the dose. Work your way back up to a full dose as your body adjusts to it.
