Harker Herbals Ear Nose & Throat is a go-to tonic for thousands of New Zealanders when battling winter ills and chills. This classic herbal blend focuses on the upper respiratory tract, helping clear the airways in stuffy heads and soothing the ears, nasal passages and throats.

This potent blend of menthol and licorice root combined with antimicrobial essential oils doubles as an effective throat gargle to support throat comfort and the immune response to minor irritations inside the mouth. Directions

Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
Best taken straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea.

Adults over 12 years: take 5-10mls three to four times daily.

Children 12 years and under may take Harker Herbals Children’s Ear, Nose & Throat.

Dietary Advice

Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.

Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Ingredients

Each 5ml dose contains:

Menthol 8.21mg, Licorice Root 5.22mg, essential oils of Rosemary, Lemon, Lime, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Eucalyptus and Peppermint 0.0017ml each, Iodine 0.22mcg.

In a base of: Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
