Ener-C Sport is an Electrolyte Drink Mix made to replenish essential minerals lost through sweat and help refuel your active lifestyle so you can be better and do better. It helps enhance the body’s energy reserves, restores and supports the body’s electrolytes, and helps with exercise recovery.

• Use before, during or after your workout to help refuel and replenish electrolytes
• Low sugar, caffeine-free replacement for sugar-filled electrolyte and sports drinks
• Hydrate and replenish minerals needed for muscle function and metabolism
• Rehydrate and replenish electrolytes in many situations other than exercise including: overheating due to increased sun exposure, extended time in air-conditioned areas, dehydration following a stomach upset and dehydration due to increased alcohol intake.

Dose:

Dissolve 1 scoop (3.43 g) into 500 mL of water and drink. Do not exceed 2 scoops (6.86 g) daily.
