HOW TO USE
Walnuts can be enjoyed on their own as a quick snack, or combined with dried fruit and seeds to create a moreish trail mix.
- Added roughly chopped Walnuts to muesli, smoothies, oat or quinoa porridge, or natural yoghurt and fruit salad.
- Raw nuts can be activated by soaking in water for 8-12 hours, before slowly dehydrating at a very low heat.
- Ground for scrumptious fresh nut butter.
- Use finely chopped Walnuts to crumb fish or meat, in veggie burgers, nut loafs and stuffing mix.
- Walnuts are delicious in fresh salads or sprinkled over stir-fries and hot pots.
