HOW TO USE
It can be used to add delicious depth to curries, soups, sauces and marinades.
- Use as the base for curry dishes with vegetables, tofu, chicken, seafood or meat.
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to soups such as sweet potato and pumpkin, or hearty spiced beans.
- Make into a delicious paste with plain yoghurt and lemon juice and then use as a marinade that is delicious with tempeh or roasted cauliflower.
